Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last Updated: 2026. Effective Immediately.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website kingstonroadbathrooms.co.uk and the purchase of all bathroom furniture products from Kingston Road Bathrooms ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Merchant Identity & Trading Status

Kingston Road Bathrooms is an independent British online business trading as a Sole Trader based in England. Our administrative contact office is located at 354, 356 Kingston Rd, Epsom, KT19 0DT, United Kingdom. Technical e-commerce infrastructure is provided by SHOPLINE HOLDINGS LIMITED.

2. Formation of Contract & Pricing

Listing products on our website constitutes an invitation to treat. A legally binding purchase contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods and email you an official Dispatch Confirmation. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP £) and are inclusive of standard domestic delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders with full refund if genuine pricing errors or inventory stock-outs occur prior to dispatch.

3. Permitted Payment Cards

We accept only Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. By submitting card credentials, you warrant that you are the authorised cardholder. Fraud screening checks are conducted automatically at checkout.

4. Bathroom Furniture Installation & Safety

While our furniture and LED mirrors are manufactured to high standards (including IP44 moisture seals and tempered glass), customers are responsible for ensuring that wall fixings are appropriate for their specific wall substrate (solid brick vs. stud partition) and that electrical connections comply with UK building regulations. We are not liable for incidental damage resulting from improper plumbing or electrical fitting.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you hold under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your 28-day right of return and 3-day refund timeline as detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may additionally bring legal proceedings in your local Scottish or Northern Irish courts.
