UK Shipping Rates & Coverage

Order Processing & Dispatch Timescales

• Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (UK time). Completed orders verified before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday enter warehouse allocation on the same business day.
• Handling / Fulfilment Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday dispatches). During handling, mirrors and ceramic vanity basins undergo edge inspection, corner-cushioning, and reinforced packing.
• Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days (Monday to Friday deliveries) via established UK courier networks (such as DPD, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or specialized fragile parcel couriers).
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4 – 9 business days from the date of online purchase to delivery at your doorstep.

Given the delicate nature of high-grade silvered glass, LED mirrors, and ceramic basins, all items are protected by custom high-density corner guards and impact-resistant cartons. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automatic Dispatch Confirmation email containing your carrier tracking reference.

Delivery Inspection & Transit Damage Notice

Please inspect outer boxes upon arrival. In the rare event that an item arrives with cracked glass or visible transit damage, please notify us at support@kingstonroadbathrooms.co.uk within 48 hours with photos of the damaged area. We will arrange an immediate, priority replacement at no cost to you.
